Fun at Lake Anna

We had the most beautiful weather a couple of weeks ago, so we decided to find a park. All of the parks were having Earth Day events and were apparently "private" so we ended up at Lake Anna.

We hadn't intended on going for a swim, but that's what happened. We all had a blast, and the kids slept really well that night.

Even Mike and I got in the water. We weren't as wet as the kids, but we did enjoy cooling off.

Ella and Mike get along well, and they look so much alike.

Ella wasn't hesitant about the water at all, and she tried to crawl right in without me.









Chloe tried to keep her dress dry, but after a few minutes, she didn't care anymore.
















Franklin was the first to submerge himself in the water, and he was so proud of himself.

The only down-side was all the pollen in the water, that is why the water looks yellow. Oh well, Clothes wash.

Ella loves to mimic sounds. This is one of her favorites, and mine too.

Ella started walking last week and she loves it! She is so proud of herself, just watch.

This was Chloe's dance concert. So funny!

Chloe had her first dance recital in December, she did so well, and as soon as I get my battery charged, I will upload the video. There was one little girl who stole the show, but Chloe did the whole dance better than any of the other girls.
